Stephan Renard had grown up amid the grand and elaborate opera houses and churches built by talented European Architects through the ages. While on a much smaller scale, his theater, The Colony, in The Tale of the Shadow Dwellers was his attempt to bring this richness to the Pacific Northwest. Laura added her creative talent to his and together they created moving musicals against this inspired backdrop.
