I was first introduced to the beauty of the water when I lived in Alaska. The tide pools of vivid sea life, the friendly dolphins and killer whales, and the brilliant silver salmon all combined to enthrall my imagination. This was even before I sampled the light delicious meat of halibut and crab straight from the sea. Since then I have used every opportunity to play in this life-giving playground, the waterways and oceans that abound everywhere.
